Suncrest Builders LLC got its start in 2011 and has grown to be a trusted construction firm in the Jacksonville area. The story of this one-man circus is deep-rooted in love and spans generations. Owner, Brian Lohman, got his knack for building at an early age when his father ran his own construction firm. After getting some experience in the new build world and acting as a project manager for another local company, it was time for Brian to start a business of his own. Suncrest Builders brings not only his extensive expertise but also the values and lessons that were passed down to him from his father. Suncrest Builders continues to honor the legacy of craftsmanship and passion for construction that was instilled from the very beginning.

Brian Lohman, the founder and licensed contractor of this Jacksonville-based construction firm has been in the business for 20+ years. He got his start within the new-build community making his way from assistant to superintendent within 90 days. From there he went on to become a project manager for a contracting company where he oversaw projects ranging from 20,000 to 60,000. After that he decided it was time to start his own business where he continues to provide expertise in a range of areas to the Jacksonville community. His extensive experience in project management and top-notch customer service makes him a no-brainer when it comes to picking your contractor for your next project.
